Building permits

After receiving land related documents, we submit an application the relevant municipal engineering department to find out the requirements of the municipality/district for a building permit.

 

After obtaining the document (within 30 days as of submitting the application), we sit with the planners (architects) and the client (in Israel) to plan the best project for the land to exploit the building percentages to the maximum extent possible according to the permit.

Once there is an agreement between the client and planners, we begin the process of obtaining all the permits and carry out all land reviews required until the final permit is obtained.

 

Our name appears in all the documents – building permits, land rezoning permits, and other project-related documentation.

 

This process, from start to finish, lasts 8-16 months.

We offer these services anywhere in Romania.

We personally serve as guarantors until the final permit is obtained.
