1. Publishing the property in the various media until the customer is found.

2. Asset valuation by monthly updated statistical software.

3. Accompanying the Notary  in preparing the sale agreement.

4. Accompanied by issuing and requesting documents from the various authorities necessary for the sale agreement.

5. Accompanying a certified English interpreter to the English language on the day of signing the agreement (required by law for those who are not fluent in Romanian language) - up to two hours.

6. Translation of the sales agreement into English if necessary-up to 10 pages.

7. Help with opening a bank account.

• The cost of the secure sale package is €2999 per property of up to €100,000.

• If the price of the property is over €100,000, we provide the same services for a fee amounting to 4% of the property’s price.

• The package do not include purchase taxes and notary taxes.
